The Paul E. Phonics debut EP "Shock & Awe" will be released tomorrow June 15, 2010 and marks the second release for 5th Estate Music. Considering that 5th Estate Music has been around for just over half a year, this feels like a pretty big achievement. Phonics plus a big screen broadcast of World Cup Football. More details on all that here.
Paul E. Phonics Live At Madame Claude in Berlin
It will be a fairly short set to make room for the double bill with Ben & Béné from Paris and to observe the noise curfew of midnight but it should prove to be a good time for all involved. Paul will be on promptly at 9:30pm so don't come "fashionably late"! Doors open at 9pm at Madame Claude, Lübbener Str. 19 in Berlin, Kreuzberg. And best of all...it's free! If you're a total cheapskate that is... otherwise donations for the perfomers are very welcome.

Release date set for Paul E. Phonics debut E.P.
After a lot of time spent in the "studio" during the deep, dark winter months, it is finally possible to announce a definite release date for the Paul E. Phonics debut. June 1, 2010 will be the big day and the release will be an E.P. instead of the originally planned album. However, considering the amount of material that has amassed in the last few months there will probably be a follow up E.P. before the end of the year. More details coming very soon!

It appears that Fine Print Pariah's "Found And Lost" has become the de facto single from the album and was played last night on SMASH Radio for the second time in a few months...Thanks Junior!
